Choosing a home starts with questions. Where do I want to live? What kind of space will suit my family? Am I looking for a home in a housing development, or planning to build on my own plot? At Nowa Bud, we want you to have time to explore the available options and prepare for a conversation about your future home.
That is the role of our website, created by the HeadPills team. It brings together information about our developments, home designs, land and construction technology. Here, we explain how it helps you make sense of the choices and find the right starting point for working with us.
One company, different routes to your own home
Our offer includes homes in developments near Warsaw and construction on our customers' plots. We also help people find land. For someone discovering Nowa Bud for the first time, these options should be clear from the start. Each serves a different situation: some people already own a plot, some are primarily looking for a location, and others are comparing available designs.
Organising our offer is therefore an important task for the website. The menu has separate sections for developments, homes and land. You can start with what matters to you, without reading every page in sequence. If you have a specific plan, it is easier to find the relevant information. If you are still considering your options, you can explore the different possibilities and see which questions are worth asking before taking the next step.
Explore a development before your meeting
When choosing a home, the location matters just as much as the building itself. The section about our developments presents our projects, their locations and basic information about the homes and plots. These include Leśna Przystań, Warszawskie Mazury, Falenty Premium and Leśna Łąka. Completed developments are shown separately.
This structure lets you make an initial comparison of the places you are considering. You can check where a development is located, look at the sizes shown and explore the details of a particular offer. The name of a development gains a concrete context, helping you think about how that location would fit your family's everyday needs.
It is a useful starting point before a visit and conversation. You can more easily identify the development that caught your attention and prepare questions about the home that interests you. You can also share the page with your loved ones and discuss your choice together before making further decisions.
Your own plot and a choice of design
Another route is to build on your own land. In the home designs section, we present options associated with the NovaHouse factory. Individual entries have their own names, sizes and presentations, allowing you to explore different solutions and choose the ones you would like to learn more about.
Browsing the designs helps you clarify your expectations. You can think about the space you need, how the home will be used and what matters most to its future residents. You do not need to have an answer to every question before contacting us. The website provides a starting point for discussion, and we can talk through the details of a particular plot and your plans together.
In our news section, we also describe the possibility of choosing another available design for a selected location within a development. This is an example of information worth exploring when you like a place but are looking for a different home layout.
Construction technology explained for future residents
At Nowa Bud, we build timber-frame homes. Some people are familiar with this approach, while others are just beginning to learn about it. That is why the website has a dedicated technology section covering topics such as prefabrication, the use of timber and insulation.
A future homeowner should be able to read about the construction method alongside the design and location. This gives them a broader view of the home: they can see what it looks like and also learn about the solutions associated with a particular offer.
This section also helps you prepare specific questions for a consultation. You can ask about materials, equipment or the scope of work for the design you are interested in. We want conversations about construction technology to be clear and relevant to the needs of future residents.
Clear information for different visitors
People visit the website at different stages of planning. Some are looking for a family home, while others need information about land. There are also investors interested in working with us in a different capacity. These needs have their place in the structure of the website, alongside information about financing and our company.
The website is available in Polish, English, Ukrainian and German. This also allows people who are more comfortable reading in another language to explore the material. When choosing a property, easy access to understandable information helps you prepare questions and discuss your plans with loved ones.
For us, it is important to bring these different topics together in one organised whole. Visitors can move from getting to know the company to finding information that relates to their own situation.
From browsing the offer to starting a conversation
The website includes buttons and forms for requesting contact, as well as our telephone number and office address. In the contact form, you can specify the subject of your message: for example, an enquiry about a particular development or arranging a viewing. This gives you a clear way to tell us what interests you.
It helps to say whether you are thinking about a home in a development, building on your own plot or simply exploring the possibilities. If you have found an interesting design, include its name. If location is your main priority, indicate the area you are considering. This information helps us begin the conversation with your needs.
When preparing the website, it was important to connect the content with a way to get in touch. You can read at your own pace, return to the offer and contact us when you want to discuss the details. The information you need to take that step remains available on the website.
The role of the HeadPills team
The team was responsible for designing and building the website on Webflow. Developing the site involved organising our extensive offer while preserving our brand's visual style. As a result, information about developments, homes, land and construction technology has its own place, and the whole site is available in four languages.
The ability to update content is also important. Developments, homes and land were set up as collections that our team can work with. This allows us to update the content in line with our current offer and expand the website within its existing structure.
You can read more about how the website was built in the Nowa Bud project description in its creators' portfolio. From our perspective, what matters most is the website's practical role: it helps us show what we do and guides visitors to the information they need before a conversation.
A well-organised offer is also useful after the first contact. You can return to the development you discussed, revisit your chosen design or show it to someone involved in the decision. This gives the conversation a shared point of reference. Everyone can review the same material and focus on the details that need clarification at the next meeting. That is how we understand the everyday usefulness of our website for future customers.
Start with what matters to you
If you are thinking about your own home, choose a starting point: a location, a design or a plot. Look through the available material, compare the options that interest you and write down your questions. You do not have to explore the entire website in one visit.
When you are ready to discuss your idea, contact the Nowa Bud team. We will talk about your expectations and the available offer. That is exactly what our website is here to help with: making the first step from plans to a concrete conversation about your home easier.
